Is there a way to add measurements to the Suspension Calculator numerically, instead on dragging the cursor?

Indeed there is:

1. Click on the pencil icon in the top left hand corner of the suspension geometry calculator to enter edit mode.
2. Click on the notepad and pencil icon that appears below it.
3. Click on Dimensions from Vehicle
4. Enter your dimensions.
5. Save

Voila! 🙂

Let's try a specific dimension. Where can I add kingpin length (distance between LCA and UCA pivot points)? I know I can drag the pivot points around, but really want to impose a fixed set of dimensions for these components. Cheers.

Hi,

That dimension is always calculated so you have to drag it to the nearest position until the dimension is correct - it is displayed as you drag if that helps.

You can also use parts, in which case you select the upright from the library and then the kingpin length is fixed to the part. Unfortunately, I only have 3 uprights in the library at the moment.
